Everyone that came out was super nice and explained everything thoroughly. We have a mama racoon and 3 babies causing some destruction. OMNI was quick (came out the next day on a Friday night even) and answered quickly when the racoon was caught in the trap. I would definitely recommend if anyone has issues with animals.

Daniel was my tech and he did a fabulous job of explaining everything to us. I felt really bad for him because it was late on a Friday and I know he wanted to get home to his family, but he had to deal with my very talkative husband. I had to tell my husband to leave him alone a few times and let him do his work! Daniel handled it like a champ! Daniel was very patient and knowledgeable.
